5-weeks to (re)gain control of your career
The Bootcamp runs remotely over five consecutive weeks with each 1-hour session carefully designed to help you craft your next career step in a confidential and supportive environment.
If you want to avoid simply hoping for career success you need clarity on fundamental questions like:
-
What is it that I really want from my career?
-
Who am I in a career that actually makes me feel good?
-
What do I want life to look like when I’ve figured this all out?
But once you’ve found the answers you also then want a strategy that equips you to:
-
See with clarity a mission that fulfils as much as it rewards
-
Set realistic goals and map out a plan to deliver them
-
Showcase your skills, make an impact and get noticed
-
Deploy the tools you need to stay healthy – and sane
You'll conclude superbly equipped for where your journey takes you.
But don't just take my word for it, here's a testimonial from a recent participant.
The programme offered a valuable space for reflection, encouraging us to think deeply about how we conduct ourselves in the workplace and how to align our goals with our values and long-term aspirations. Each session was thoughtfully designed to challenge assumptions and promote self-awareness, while also providing practical tools for planning and action.
It was a powerful reminder that managing your career is an ongoing, proactive process. I left the bootcamp with renewed clarity, direction, and confidence in how to move forward with purpose.
