Individual Coaching

Whatever your goals are professionally or personally my aim is simple – to help you achieve them more quickly.

 

My coaching approach is wholly collaborative, working with you to help you to see with greater clarity whatever future version of you you’re aiming for.

 

Together, we’ll work on the journey that will get you there, removing roadblocks whilst developing the self-belief and building the strategies you’ll need to succeed. You’ll hold yourself accountable for your own achievements and together we’ll reflect on your progress and share in the successes when they arrive.

 

With over three decades experience in international sales, marketing and senior leadership roles spanning small business, scale-up and corporate environments latterly running high performance teams in the tech sector the chances are I’ve been where you are at some point.

 

Drawing upon this experience, my coaching focusses on real, tangible outcomes that will make a meaningful difference to you, your career and those around you. Team Coaching

The best performing teams display a clear sense of common purpose and an understanding of how that purpose delivers for the stakeholders that they serve.

 

Unlike individual coaching team coaching develops an approach that goes beyond personal development, focusing on the interconnectedness of individuals, teams, and the broader systems that they are part of.

 

It aims to create positive change not just for those being coached but also for their relationships, teams, and the overall organisation with an emphasis on evolving a clarity of understanding of aims and the broader stakeholder group the team exists to serve.

 

This approach develops the team’s understanding of the dynamics within the system and how as individuals each team member fits within it to unlock potential and improve performance.

 

Team coaching usually takes place over a series of workshop-based sessions applying coaching skills and tools to encourage constructive conversation that helps the team foster greater awareness and accountability.
